"Theresa, From forums I have read your issue could be corrupt Apps/software and it is suggested to do a factory reset to get it out of the freeze. Hold the power button and the volume button does a hard reset. I have the freeze up issue with my rca voyager III and hard reset it acts up a couple more times then its fine. Try this before u factory reset. Because factory reset isnt always the answer.
One has to wonder if App developers fully understand the android platform. They make these apps probably 1000 of them a day. Do they know how to make their apps compatible? Another pet peeve are so called malware apps and wifi signal strength apps. Just what do malware apps really do? What do signal strength apps do? There is no real noticable effect or improvement.
