My Polaroid photos have these weird purple dots

My Polaroid photos have these weird purple dots So I’ve recently got an Instax Mini 90 Neo Classic and I got it in a pack (which had the camera straps and 3 packs of 10 of film). I used the film and I took a photo and it printed out with these purple dots.

"Some of the chemical used in film may have leaked out and gotten on your rollers. You can simply use a little bit of cotton or a Qtip and go over them with some rubbing alcohol.
