How do you expose the lens/sensor to blow dust off?

How do you expose the lens/sensor to blow dust off? I can open the case but how do you get the lens/sensor exposed to blow the dust off the lens and/or sensor?

You have to remove the lens assembly from the camera then open it to reach the sensor.
