Can we make Voice calls in iPad Air 2 cellular model? Apart from internet calling can we make voice calls through carrier sims in iPad Air 2?

In all of these you are not creating an analog 3G call which is what Tom is referring to. These are LTE digital connections. The iPad does not offer GSM voice services.

Apple intro'd voice over LTE with the iPhone 6 I don't know if that is possible in the iPad. So that maybe an option as well. Update: VoLTE is not possible with the iPad"

Apple should creat an iOS we can upgrade our iPads to make a gsm calls. And people will love it

No, but you can make VoIP calls by Skype. Apple does not allow iPad make calls except VoIP.

I have added few contacts out of which few of them have apple device while other have HTC Samsung Sony. I could only make calls to apple device only."
