Can't get to BIOS boot menu

"HI Ella, you can boot on penrive with two ways:

(Remeber make a bootable USB flash drive when make HitmanPro.Kikstart)

Select booting:

- At notebook power off insert your pen drive in usb port

- Power on your laptop

- Press the Boot Menu Key, usually Esc or F12 when the display starts or when you see Samsung Logo

- Select USB-HDD or The name of PenDrive

Select Bootlist:

The samsung notebook going to bios with push F2 button at power on while you see SAMSUNG LOGO.

Use the right arrow to move menu in BOOT , and select the pendrive with first boot and secondo boot the hdd

I can select the primary boot drive in the bios, but last time I did that (on another laptop) it messed up my HDD. So would rather just select a temp boot device than change the default.

"Upon powering on the laptop, press F10

Select the option to modify the BIOS settings

Go to the Boot Options screen

Set Secure Boot to Disabled

Set BIOS mode to UEFI and Legacy or CSM and UEFI OS

Save settings and reboot

When the Samsung screen comes up again, press F10

With certain Samsung notebooks (like the 300E) holding F3 during boot will bring up the Boot from Disc option."

"i have done all of this and nothing works. i have even pulled my CMOS battery for 2 weeks intalled a new HDD and new ram nothing. cant get BIOS menu. cant get boot menu

F10 give me boot to ubuntu but it wont do that either"
