Camera Takes white blank images & live view is also white

Camera Takes white blank images & live view is also white

Sorry for my english.my camera is taking white photos & live view also white..all other functions (flasher,zooming,keys,focusing unit,aperture,Usb connection,memory card reader) works well...and i can see past photos videos via playback..when i take a video..i can hear recorded sound track..but,video is blank white..please help me to fix it..!
