Bubble chart: label for the bubble size?

Bubble chart: label for the bubble size? I made a bubble chart in Excel but can't figure out how you show the user what the size of the bubble means!

If you right click on data label there is an option to Format Data Labels. You will need to turn on the data labels to see this.
