Jaw crusher parts : The machine is mainly composed of supporting mechanism(frame), crushing mechanism, driving mechanism, insurance device and discharging outlet adjustment device. ( 1) frame: steel cast a whole frame, used to support other related components. ( 2)crushing mechanism :in order to prevent the fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate from wearing in the crushing process, it shall be fixed with wear resistant manganese steel lining on its surface. ( 3) the transmission mechanism: the lower end of the movable jaw crusher is connected with the lower end of the connecting rod by the toggle plate, the upper end of the rod connected with eccentric drive shaft. ( 4) rod tension mechanism is the tensioning mechanism of the machine, in order to prevent the front and back of the board off. ( 5) insurance device: when the material exceeds the permissible stress range, bolt shall be fractured so as to prevent the relevant elements from being damaged. ( 6) discharging outlet adjusting device: because the lining board is constantly worn and the discharging mouth is enlarged, the granularity of product becomes big or due to the different output size requirements, discharging outlet needs adjustment. Jaw crusher working principle: When working, large size material enters from the top into the clearance between the fixed jaw plate and the movable jaw plate .Under the action of the transmission mechanism the fixed jaw plate does periodic reciprocating motion. Sometimes near and sometimes leave, when it closes, a block of material is extruded and broken, when leaves ,the crushed material under the action of gravity automatically fall out. The block degree of material sent into the machine depends on the two jaw plates inlet size while the block degree of broken material depends on the two jaw plates outlet size http://www.pe600.com/admin_ab0 PicturesShare this Ad | |
