You can wash your own clothes, can cook just provide your own utensils, etc, no curfew, conducive for studying as it is away from a busy street where the jeepney passes. Near Bayantel building in Jakosalem Street, Centro Maximo Building and Sacred Heart Church. You can bring your laptop, desktop, electric fan or TV. We have a shared "refrigerator" so no problem if you cook your own food. WiFi is also available.
Electric bill is divided by all the tenants so contribution is like P150 - P200 or less depending on how many tenants in this 4 storey building. There's a carenderia downstairs so no problem. The caretaker is available also to wash your clothes by request. This room is located at the 3rd floor so it's windy and quiet most of the time because all tenants are students and working professionals from IT Park / Ayala Business Park.
