database.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must
have at least 2 years of work experience specializing in
Recruitment
- Graduate
of a reputable university
- Experience
in conducting job interviews, administering and evaluating tests
- Experience
in BPO mass sourcing/recruitment, a plus
- Good
interpersonal and intrapersonal skills
- Goal-oriented,
results-oriented and can work under pressure
- Must
have excellent English skills (oral & written)
