Be a PERSONAL SECRETARY.
Activities:
• devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
• organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
• dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager;
• taking on some of the manager's responsibilities and working more closely with management;
Qualities:
• Bachelor's Degree in any course or College Level
• At least 25 years old
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Can comprehend and undestand instructions
• Computer literate preferably (MS DOCS and GMAIL)
• Can work without or minimal supervision
