Our client is in need of: Customer Service Representatives (Dayshift and Pioneer Travel Account) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle inbound customer service support calls from established customer Provide consistent, superior service to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Graduate of any four year course or accomplished at least second year college. Exceptional communication skills and call handling skills Flexible to changes and has sense of urgency Time Management Skills Can work under pressure, and can deliver set goals URGENT HIRING!!!
