The job goal is to lead and work with the Day shift team and its corresponding disciplines/departments to provide business direction that will maintain core operational requirements, while simultaneously exploring further opportunities to either expand the skill set offering or bring on additional tasks/responsibilities. With this goal in mind, we want to develop the personnel dynamics and approach processes of the team to meet and exceed the requirements and be sustainable through seasonality fluxes or changes in priorities/direction. Continued collaboration and calibration with stakeholders is expected. We want to become subject matter experts in the avenues of our offering, while striking the balance between the most efficient and most effective processes for accomplishing what we set out to do. And we are looking for someone to foster that, while serving as the barometer check, constantly challenging why and how we do what we do – in order to get better. Qualifications ·
At least 4 years of supervisory experience in
functionally-related disciplines. ·
Strong working knowledge with process tools: SAP, Adobe
Suite, Avaya, Aspect, Microsoft Office Suite. ·
Excellent command of the English language; both verbal and
written communication skill. ·
Ability to work in a fast-paced and seasonal business
environment. ·
Detail-oriented, with customer-oriented service skills, with
end-goal of reducing Customer Effort. ·
Must have excellent organizational skills: task and team. ·
Strives to work independently, and in conjunction with team
