Our company is in need of customer operation specialist. This position is 100% home-based. And take note: this is a full-time job. Part-time is not allowed. Candidate must have an Experience in a position that required directly supporting customers, preferably in technology--Proven track record of being able to keep customers happy--Strong phone skills---Experience with Zendesk preferred, but not required--Familiarity with Gmail, Google Apps, and Microsoft Outlook required----Self-motivated and thrives on independence---You're computer savvy, enjoy using well-designed software, and hate it when products don't work as they should----You're great at explaining, teaching, and evangelizing---You get energized by helping people---You can proactively help customers find additional value---You want to be part of and help build a great team--BA/BS degree.
