When the classifying return sand is screened by the high-frequency fine screen of 0.4mm, the materials on the sieve take up 60.47% and they return to the ball mill for grinding again. The materials take up 39.53% and they merge with the classifying overflow for magnetic separation. When the raw ore contains 31.59% iron, the grade of the concentrate more than 52% can be got. The productivity of the concentrate is 47.44% and the iron recovery is more than 8%.
