- enable the participants to identify the needs and opportunities which are related to the development and implementation of the school mentoring program as the answer to the call for an education revolution;
- develop mentors in public schools and in Teacher Education Institutions (TEIs);
- allow them to demonstrate skills in mentoring and in leading their co-teachers or mentees/students; and
- assist the mentors in designing and implementing a mentoring program for their schools.
The cost per session is One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (PhP150,000.00) to cover the facilitators' fee, handbooks, airfares and land transportation expenses of facilitators, venue and equipment rentals. Priority sponsorship is focused for public schools in the provinces of Samar, Leyte, Bicol and Mindanao.
