Scholarship of the Colegio De Sta. Lourdes of Leyte Foundation

The Colegio de Sta. Lourdes of Leyte Foundation, Inc. announces the offering of scholarships for the children of teachers who have a desire to further their education in the tertiary level. The Foundation is currently offering two (2) four- year Commission on Higher Education (CHED)-approved courses: Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship. The scholarship offering aims to show appreciation and concern for the future of the children of teachers, who wish to study in the tertiary level.

With this scholarship, the students will avail of the 100% free tuition and free use of the dormitories for the first semester of their first year. The scholars will have the responsibility to retain and renew their scholarship status by maintaining a general weighted average prescribed by the scholarship program administrators. They will also be assessed a minimal commitment fee each semester. This and other policies are strictly enforced in order to ensure the proper effort and attitude on the part of the students. With these policies in place, the students are less likely to take the scholarship for granted.

As long as the scholars maintain their grades, they will not need to pay fees to the school with regards to tuition or dormitory. However, the scholars enrolled in the Nursing program will have to pay a fee for hospital affiliations.
