Constituting the Anti-Terrorism Council Liaison Desks (ATCLD) of the Department of Education (DepEd)

Pursuant to Anti-Terrorism Council Resolution No. 0033, adopted on February 3, 2011, all Council Regular Members, Support Agencies and other relevant agencies and/or instrumentalities are directed to designate permanent Anti-Terrorism Council Liaison Desks (ATCLD) for direct coordination with the Anti-Terrorism Council-Program Management Center (ATC-PMC).

In view thereof, the following are designated as the members of the Anti-Terrorism Council Liaison Desk (ATCLD) of the Department of Education (DepEd):

Undersecretary Francisco M. Varela - Chairman
Assistant Secretary Tonisito M.C. Umali - Vice-Chairman
Assistant Secretary Jesus Lorenzo R. Mateo - Member
Engr. Oliver R. Hernandez - Member
Mr. Noel De Vera - Member

The DepEd ATCLD shall be the focal point of contact for the ATC-PMC on all matters pertaining to DepEd's anti-/counter-terrorism programs, projects and activities, and it shall serve also as a channel for the timely sharing of information between and among the government agencies, especially during emergency situations. - https://www.affordablecebu.com/
