The search for the Martin Brothers big bike, owned by Skip Woods, writer of ‘GI Joe: The Rise of Cobra’, ‘X-men Origins: Wolverine’, ‘The A-Team’, ‘Die Hard 5’, and ‘Swordfish’ led to the discovery of the these stolen luxury vehicles of Lynard Allan Bigcas.
They seized at least 29 high-end vehicles (cars and motorcyles), high-powered firearms and ammunitions.
The US FBI confirmed that 11 of the 29 seized vehicles are stolen from the US and shipped to the Philippines. Based on the letter sent by the FBI in Texas, the stolen vehicles were classified as Ranger RZR-All Terrain Vehicle, Chevrolet Tahoe, Dodge Charger, Honda Bike, Suzuki Hayabusa GSX bike, Kawasaki Bike, Yamaha Bike, Chopper Bike, Suzuki 1000 Bike, a stunt bike, and the Martin Brothers bike.
NBI northern Mindanao regional director lawyer Jose Justo Yap said that the licenses of the seized firearms and ammunitions are either expired and some are no licenses at all.
NBI continuously gather evidences before filing appropriate charges against Lynard Allan Bigcas.
What's even more surprising is that NBI discovered a so-called "black-book" where all of Bigcas business transactions are written. In the said "black-book", it is also indicated Bigcas clients who where famous politicians (congressman, governor, mayor), major colonel and other high ranking officials in the government.
Due to the accusations, Bigcas files a complaint and sues the NBI for false allegations. He wants the court that NBI should pay him for the damages brought to him (300,000 pesos for lawyer's fee and 200,000 pesos for the reimbursement of filing the charges).
Bigcas said, ""(The raids were) not only highly illegal and abusive but also baseless and unjust as all the personal properties are duly registered and licensed,”
