Jaybee Sebastian Issues a Statement Regarding the Bilibid Prison Riot

In September 29, 2016, Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) took a statement from the injured high profile inmate Jaybee Sebastian. He was watching TV and suddenly someone stabbed him in the back. When he look at the back, he saw Tomas Donina carrying an ice pick. Donina stabbed him again but Sebastian successfully defended himself. Then, the Special Action Force (SAF) came and pointed the gun to Donina. Sebastian immediately went out to seek help.

Before the incident, Sebastian, Donina and former Major Clarence Dongail had a conversation.

After Donina and Dongail left, Peter Co, Tony Co and Vicente Sy came in. The three went directly to their prison cells.

According to Sebastian, he doesn't have a conflict with Donina. What he only knew is that Donina is Dongail's man.

Sebastian's lawyer already announced beforehand that Sebastian was ready to tell all he knew to President Duterte. It would be a much more revelation.

But the President denied Sebastian's offer.

According to President Duterte, "I do not talk to criminals. He can go to the fiscal if he wants."
