Blogger Froilan Grate charges perjury to Jan-jan's parents

"Now it's my turn". This is the optimism of blogger Froilan Grate to fight back to the libel case charge against him by Jose and Diana Suan, the parents of Jan-jan who became popular as the 6-year-old macho-dancing boy of "Willing Willie". According to the reports of abs-cbnnews.com,  Froilan Grate filed a 20-page counter affidavit in Quezon City Prosecutor's Office on June 5. Grate charged Jan-jan's parents of perjury. According to Grate, Jose (jan-jan's father) and Argie Estrada (jan-jan's uncle) posted on Youtube and Facebook a spliced version video of jan-jan's macho-dance performance on "Willing Wille" last March 12. Froilan claimed that this was a sort of perjury (lying under oath).

On the other hand, before this suit filed by Froilan Grate, the Suans (Jan-jan's parents) charged him, Carandang and John Silva of committing child abuse. This conflict caused the suspension of the "Willing Willie" show last April.
