Duke University in the United States examined 101 products that use chemicals for anti-heat. As a result, five of which contain chemicals that are prohibited such as neutroxin in 8 states. Nine certain products containing carcinogens, including 36 others that contains harmful bacteria.
The study, led by Heather M. Stapleton, focused on researching foam pads used on car seats, diapers and pads. In addition, they also investigated the wedge for bed, mattress, chairs, Baby Walkers, mats, and baby strollers.
Five of the tested products that contain penta chemicals that have been banned in some American states. Nine contains TCEP chemicals. Thirty-six contain chlorinated tris. "I became a worried when they found chemicals suspected to be carcinogens," Stapleton said in the Daily Mail, Thursday, May 19, 2011.

According to experts, the results of this study serve as a warning that the heat-resistant chemicals, known to migrate from the foam into the air. As a result, infants who use the products (such as diapers and pads) that contain carcinogen had two times greater risk of cancer.
