2. Roaming problem. You cannot receive text message through your roaming number.
3. Customer service is inaccessible. Your network's customer service is sometimes not available. You cannot call their hotline number.
4. Slow customer service follow-up. After calling or contacting the customer service, you may experience delay of service to your home or office.
5. Network Issues. You cannot use your landline, cellphone or internet. No signal detected. When you are registered to call/text promo, it's very hard to call or connect to someone successfully. Sometimes it would take about an hour before you can successfully call someone.
6. Billing problem. You paid your bill before or on due date but your payment doesn't reflect in the bill. So, you pay double or triple amount on the next bill. And also your paper bill doesn't come to you or it comes but late.
7. Wrong facility connection. During installation of phone/internet line, technical staff or installers may connect your phone/internet line to the wrong connection.
8. Promo or Call/Text Service not working. You may have registered to a particular promo or call/text service (e.g. unlimited call/text), but the service doesn't work such after a while you cannot text anymore.
9. Phone's dial tone doesn't work. You cannot hear the dial tone of your telephone.
10. Unable to send text message. You can call and you can text but you cannot send text message. When you do a balance inquiry, you always receive "Please try again.".
Everytime you encounter these problems, you need to call your network's customer service immediately or go to the nearest network's agent/store.
