Career Advocacy Forum

The Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PPCI) through its Education Committee and in partnership with the Philippine Chamber Development Institute will hold the Career Advocacy Forum on February 20, 2013 from 9:30 am to 3:00 p.m. at the BA Securities Hall, 3rd Floor Commerce and Industry Plaza, 1030 Campus Avenue, McKinley Town Center, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.
This Forum aims to:
  1. provide the participants with a venue to keep them abreast with the industry needs and prospects of in-demand and emerging professions in both local and international labor markets;
  2. enable them to learn valuable information on the recent developments in both the business and regulatory environments which are relevant for stakeholders in the education sector and in the industry at large; and
  3. provide the student-participants with guidance in choosing their careers which have brighter prospects and which are highly relevant in the continuously changing business and economic environment.
High school students, teachers and guidance counselors from both public and private secondary schools are invited to attend this activity.

Participation of both public and private schools shall be subject to the no-disruption-of-classes policy as stipulated in DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 entitled Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-on-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith.
