Ads by Google change to AdChoices?

Have you noticed recently that Google Adsense phrase "Ads by Google" indicated in their ads is now replaced with AdChoices? I found it surprising and I'm curious why is it being changed.
As I read some info in Google Adsense Official Blog, here are some reasons they conveyed:

• The "Ads by Google" label is changed to "AdChoices" in order to make more noticeable or emphasized to site users. This is a high priority for Google and other online advertising industry.
• The "AdChoices" implies to the site users more choices for ads. (In my opinion, I think it gives more options for the users to what type of ads are shown in a website they visited. Thus, when they click the "AdChoices" label, they will be redirected to Google Adsense Contact Support page that tells the users about the ads and a report of violation regarding the ads.)
• This transition will help increase Google's understanding to the users about choices of ads. (That's why many newbies of Google Adsense are so curious why there's a change in "Ads by Google" label and making them click the new label "AdChoices", then they will be redirected to a page to inform them concerning the ads.)

The new "AdChoices" label has not yet been shown to all English-language sites. Overtime, Google Adsense will expand the notice so that the new label be shown to all English-language sites.
