The Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) Philippines-Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) will launch the MMFF Cine-Phone Film Festival, with the theme " Restoring Road Courtesy Among Motorists and Pedestrians.” This activity is a nationwide Movie-Making Contest which will cater to movies completely made through the use of mobile phones.
The activity aims to: - give the participants the chance to express themselves, tell stories and be recognized through an accessible and affordable medium; and
- promote healthy competition and instill Filipino values among the youth.
