PROCEDURES ON HOW TO REQUEST FOR DRAINAGE MAINTENANCE IN CEBU

2. Follow up request for schedule of repair/desilting.	5. Coordinates for schedule.	Dedia S. Orellano	8 hours
3. On the scheduled date, be at the designated area to guide the Drainage Maintenance Personnel.	6. Conducts repair or desilting of drainage.	DESILTING: Aquiles P. Barame; Angelito B. Matario; et. al REPAIR: Jose Ivan C. Larosa	8 hours
	7. Gives assignment sheet for client's signature.
4. Sign assignment sheet after the work is completed.
