SP Sveriges Tekniska Forskningsinstitut has chosen Ideon Gateway for their new establishment in Skåne. SP already has employees located in the region and most of them will gather in the new office at Ideon.
Ideon Gateway is now leased to more than 70% and letting go according to plan. Ideon Gateway is soon up to full height and work on the assembly of the photovoltaic-clad facade is in progress.
- "Skåne is an expansive region with many exciting players and infrastructure investments. We work on everything from food and energy to transport and urban development and therefore I think that our skills can add a lot," says Maria Khorsand, President and CEO at SP.

The Ideon Gateway can accommodate both the large firm and one-man machine. Among the tenants who have already signed contracts include Elite Hotels, Altair Engineering, Awapatent, Farstorp Invest Gulliksson Advocates, Power & Gulliksson and Savings Sound.
Ideon Gateway is ready for occupation in November 2012 and is planned to be environmentally certified LEED Platinum, the EU Green Building and Environmental Building Gold.
