Belle Grande Integrated Resort Casino Complex

On 05 July 2012, Leisure and Resorts World Corporation, together with its wholly-owned subsidiary AB Leisure Global, Inc. (ABLGI), Premium Leisure and Amusement, Inc. (PLAI) and Belle Corporation executed a Memorandum of Agreement amending their existing agreements and allowing the participation of a foreign partner in the Belle Grande Integrated Resort and Casino Project (Project) to be located at Paranaque City.

Belle and PLAI previously entered into an agreement with Leisure and Resorts World Corporation and ABLGI for the operation of the casino complex. Belle and PLAI had since agreed to take in a foreign partner to further enhance the value of the project. With the entry of a foreign partner, it was agreed that LRWC and ABLGI will assist Belle in funding its own capital requirements in exchange for a share in the economic benefits to be derived by Belle and PLAI in the casino operation.
