Aboitiz Equity Ventures, Inc. (AEV) announces transfer of officers

Aboitiz Equity Ventures, Inc. (AEV) announced the transfer of Ms. Riella Mae Christa B. Guioguio, Assistant Vice President - Corporate Finance, to AEV's subsidiary, City Savings Bank, Inc. (CSB), as Assistant Vice President for Accounting effective March 12, 2012. Ms. Vivien Vicente-Limjoco, who was recently appointed as Assistant Vice President for Strategy and Corporate Finance, will assume Ms. Guioguio's role and responsibilities in AEV. Ms. Guioguio has been with the Aboitiz Group for 13 years where she held various positions in the Aboitiz Group.
