youtube or other apps or even ps4 the screen goes off again
My LG smart tv 42LA641V had problem with screen since last monday with sound on but after one day the puctur back to the normal channels but when we try to use youtube or other apps or even ps4 the screen goes off again and we have to turn it off and on to put in the normal channels. The normal channels are completely fine and there is no problem while is on the arrial channels. Can anybody help me because I’m sure the LG company will ask me for a huge money to repair and I already paid to buy it and just few months after finishing its guaranty. Thanks

roya.younesi_rad Let us know how you connect the TV to youtube etc. If it works well on normal channels but not on either network or HDMI etc. it is the main board that has failed. If it only happens on network related channels (i.e. streaming etc.) it is possible that this is a firmware issue or a network issue. Check the settings etc. for that.
