Won’t come on
It’s doesn’t come on when pressing the on button

Does the red charging light turn on when you connect a compatible charger to the headphones to charge the battery?
It not it may be that the charge port is faulty or loose from the board and therefore the battery won’t be charged so that the headphones work or perhaps the battery is faulty.
Use a strong light and a magnifying glass to visually inspect the charge port to ensure that there is no obstructions preventing a good connection and that the pins are a;ll staright and parallel with each other and not bent, broken or missing.

It really worked!! I held all the buttons for at least 20 seconds. The light DID NOT come on. THEN I held the power button for 5 seconds and then light came on!! Woo hoo!!
Yupppp it work all 3 buttons for around 20seconds then power on as normal saved me buying new headphones thanks
