Won't agitate or drain
Washer was making a loud clacking noise. When

@kara1 the loud clacking noise could come from a bad belt, bad motor coupler or bad clutch. If you can give us the complete model number we can hopefully provide you with some guides to work on this. Without the noise I would have suggested you start with the lid switch, but that would not give you a noise.
