Why won't my Vizio Smart TV let me enter my WPA2 passcode

Why won't my Vizio Smart TV let me enter my WPA2 passcode I want to connect my Vizio Smart TV to the enternet. When I get to the part where it asks me to enter a WPA2 passcode, instead of making a little keyboard pop up and actually letting me enter the passcode, all it does is make the words "unable to connect" appear. WHY won't it let me enter my passcode? ANSWERS:
