once you remove the back from your TV, turn it on and check if you can see the backlight on. Inspection holes can be used as shown
If no backlight is visible start by measuring the connector on th epower board and see if it shows 24V on it.

Lol I don’t think anybody is going to start taking their tv apart if they don’t feel confident enough to do so. Give the guy some credit…I doubt he’s a mindless moron who just follows the advice of a stranger just because it’s posted as a response on this site.
My screen is black and I can't see the menu to turn the brightness up plus it flickers a little too
