Why is my A/C leaking?

Why is my A/C leaking? On the passenger side, I noticed the floor is very saturated with water. I can't determine how to approach addressing the issue. I live in a very humid state so I am guessing the line got clogged but when I blew out the line, I was waiting for some water to spray back and nothing happened.
