Whirlpool Upright Freezer will not turn on

Whirlpool Upright Freezer will not turn on I have a Whirlpool Upright Freezer, model WZF34X16DW00, when I plug it in, there is power, the light comes on but the freezer compressor or fan will not start. When I pick a temperature setting (There are three led light settings) it will stay solid on one setting for about a minute and then just flash continuously between the three settings.
