Vizio e70-e3 backlight not working

Vizio e70-e3 backlight not working

I have no backlights on the screen. i do the flashlight test and can see images on the panel. I replaced the main board and power supply board. Still can only see images with a flashlight. Should i replace the t-con board or should i just replace the led lights???
