Vertical blue line on LG B6 OLED tv

Vertical blue line on LG B6 OLED tv

I have a lg b6 55 inch oled tv and there is an annoying blue line going though the display. I do not believe it is the panel itself because when I turn it on I can literally see a all black screen, a blue dot then the blue dot scratches vertically across the screen. Any suggestions? Is the tcon board bad? Reset the connections? I'm kinda scared to open up this tv in fear I'll mess something up.
