tx-l42et5b led only, no sound or pic

Hi, got a tx-l42et5b here, plug it in and red led comes on, press the standby button and it goes out but nothing on screen or sound. visually all boards look ok, fuses are fine and there is 3.3V and 5V getting to the processor board, what else should I be checking?
