this could be a power board issues (backlight power circuit) or a backlight array failure. Yes, they will briefly light up and then shut down. Common failure would be the power board. Post some images of all of your TV’s board with your question so we can see what you see and hopefully assist you with determining which of the two has failed. Adding images to an existing question"
