The plastic around the charging dock and the button have come loose

The plastic around the charging dock and the button have come loose The plastic around the charging dock that holds the button together has come off and it affects how easy it is to charge because obviously the plug gets held in place by that bit of plastic. Is there any way I can fix this? Don't want to take it into a shop and waste time and money for them to turn around and tell me it's unfixable....
