screen started flickering green and screeching

screen started flickering green and screeching My 58" Samsung is only 2 days old and half way through watching a movie, screen started flickering green and screeching. Turned it off and disconnected from mains. Now when I plug it back in,all I get is a blinking red light and nothing else. Is this common with a 2 day old l.e.d ? ANSWERS:
