Mr lotito what is the exact model for your TV? Have you tried all the other inputs? When you say it does not work with cable, is it connected via COAX? How is the DVD connected and does it work well? If you have a cable box, it is possible that the error originates on that. You want to disconnect your cable box and remove the power from it for a while (unplug it) and hold the power button down. Then plug it back in and reinstall. See if that made a difference.
