Philips go gear mix

Philips go gear mix Recently found my old mp3 player, a philips GoGear Mix 4GB and I really hope I can fix it but it doesn’t react when I plug it into my computer and press the reset button. If anyone has any advice on how to start I’d greatly appreciate it. ANSWERS:
