LG TV top third of screen dimming

LG TV top third of screen dimming I have an LG 65LB6300 LED that recently started having an issue where the top third of the screen slightly dims in and out rapidly. Anyone know what might be the problem? Here's a video of it: https://youtu.be/OzP4EZKMJc8 ANSWERS:
