LG model 42LF5800 dark picture
if I shut off the lights and use a flashlight I can still see the picture. But there is no bright lights to it what can I do to solve this problem?

this could be a power board issue as well as a backlight array isue. Remove the back of your TV and get a multimeter. You should have a connector on the power board that goes to the LED array. If you measure the voltage on that, it will tell you if your board supplies the proper voltage. Should that voltage come up and turn off again it is possible that this is a bad backlight array. Post some good pictures of all of your boards with your question. That way we can see what you see and can point out where to measure what.
