Kenmore 795.71022.010 Freezer not Freezing and Fridge not staying cold
We left and went on a week’s vacation and prior to leaving turned the temperature up in both our Refrigerator and Freezer since they would be closed for over a week. Upon returning and opening both doors many times we turned the temperature back down to where we normally kept it. Things were fine for a few days. We realized a couple days ago that the freezer was no longer freezing things. We cleaned both the freezer and refrigerator out and still no improvement. Last night we moved the Refrigerator away from the wall and blew out all the dust from the fan and coils and today checked the fan within the freezer. Both are running and moving air. Do we need to do an electrical test to them? Is there a thermometer probe that we should be checking? Any advice is appreciated as we really don’t want to have to buy a whole new Fridge!
