when you say the “power board and motherboard “ you are talking about the power supply board and the main board, I assume. When you repalced it you made sure that the boards are identical to what you original had in your TV. Since you have backlight but no picture (you did not tell us if you have sound) I am leaning toward a bad main board or a bad tuner board (less likely a bad T-con board)
