Jump past the front side window button to get window up?

Jump past the front side window button to get window up? Window will not go up on passenger side window. I would like to know how to take the side panel off and jumper past it. What contacts do I use? All the other windows work fine. It is just the button on the door panel. The button will take the window down, but not up.
